FREE: You are invited to join Jag Sodhi for simple yoga exercises and enjoy relaxation, flexibility, health, and peace of mind. Starting every Saturday (weather permitting) only from 12 April to 24 May, 2014, from 10.00 – 11:00 am at Lavender Valley Acres, Apache, Caddo County, Oklahoma. Jag Sodhi is a native from India and has been practicing Yoga all his life. Yoga is credited with building strength and developing stamina while encouraging mental balance, feel great, lose weight, heal yourself, imrpove breathing, increase strength, balance & flexibility. Before immigrating to USA, he had the privilege to learn yoga from the well-known Yoga Ashram, New Delhi, India. Jag Sodhi is a semi retired Professor, and is growing Lavender as a hobby. 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm, “How to grow Herb Garden”; An herb growing workshop will be conducted by Lori Coats, Master Gardner, OK State DeptHerb gardening can add color and flavor to your gardens, yards, patios, and porches.  Soil conditions and testing, herb varieties and Oklahoma hardiness along with using herbs while cooking will all be presented.  The bonus will be herb "crafts."  This workshop is designed for the beginning as well as the advanced gardener.  FREE
